1. Live within 10-15 miles of Hemel Hempstead.
2. Must have free time If your married with young kids your probably not suitable.
3. Preferably will bring a skill with you, fabricator, welder, mechanic, body worker, etc etc.
4. Must be able to get on with people of all ages and levels.,
5. Hard worker, someone who can and will work til they drop if required, this would be a very rare occurrence.
6. Intelligent with common sense, these are not necessarily a product of each other.
7. Someone who is not too sensitive.
8. Honest.

What we do not need

1. Someone who disapears at every meeting and miraclsey turns up on the start line as we are about to run
2. Someone who turns up an hour after we are due to leave.
3. If you feel that you are a bit too good to work on our car then you probably are.
4. Someone who can't survive without the intervention of their mum.
5. Someone who needs to drink beer until 5 in the morning.
6. Rewards

1. Ha Ha Ha.
2. You will get hot, cold and wet and that could be at any one meeting
3. You won't have to pay to get in.
4. You can get free drinks (we have a tea urn), (how are your tea making skills?).
5. We even get fed, (sometimes).
6. you get to sleep in a tent, your car, someone else's car, the trailer, someone else's trailer etc etc.
7. Some times you will be given the opportunity to take the Pi** out of us, as we surely will you. (see 7 in Ideal candidate)
8. Slim, very slim in fact almost dead certainty that you will learn nothing from this experience other than avoid drag racers for ever more, (well any racers full stop).
